Many gamers always think about the “major” big name gaming companies. But there are so many smaller studios out there looking for good help at any given time. 38 Studios is just one of those companies.
Founded by Boston Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling, they currently boast a total of 40 employees are they are growing every day.
Located out of Maynard Massachusetts and founded back in 2006, the company has already assembled a world class team. They are still working on their first products creating an original IP set to “shatter the boundaries of conventional gaming and media”.

If their site says anything about their talent, their first release will be absolutely amazing. I have never seen anything like what I have just seen on their site. Using flash, they have this little green monster on the screen. If you put your mouse over his mouth, he grabs the pointer on the screen, eats it up and spits it out. All the while you can’t move your mouse, it really is cool. Even if you just go to the site to apply for a job, you’ve got to check out that feature.
