Become A Video Game Tester

If you are into MMO (Massive Multi-Player Online) games like World of Warcraft or Everquest, then this job might be perfect for you.

Volt (which is a hiring agency) is looking for Game Testers to test these types of games.

The position is located in Austin, Texas and is a full time testing position.

Here are the basic requirements:
* Strong familiarity with MMO products (Everquest, Star Wars Galaxies, World of Warcraft, etc.)
* Video game knowledge of product, types, genre and skills.
* Preferred: Trading card game experience, like Magic the Gathering.
* Should have QA experience and familiar with online or physical strategy playing card.
* Ability to communicate effectively (focused written and oral communication skills).
* Sufficient technical skills to work on a PC (update drivers, etc…).
* Must be able to work at least a 40 hour work week. Hours are generally 9-6, or 10-7.

** We recognize that your resume may show little gaming experience. In your email submittal, please include a cover letter detailing your gaming background, including titles played (especially MMOs), beta testing, favorite genres, etc. ** Please include this in the email text NOT as a separate attachment since multiple attachments will not come through. You can also include this information at the bottom of your resume if you wish.
