Founded in 1985 and located in Arlington Heights, IL this company is one of the largest manufacturers of coin operated video games. Their current gross sales top over 60 million dollars. They currently have over 115 employees on staff and they are looking for another tester to add on to their expanding organization.

Game Testing Job
Their requirements are listed on the job posting and although it says “Associates degree preferred” the key word is preferred. It also states 1 year of experience, but again it says “preferred”. Therefore these are not hard requirements and you can still apply if you do not have an associates degree or any testing background.
Employers always have a preference, and then they have hard requirements. So it’s important to understand this when looking for a game testing job. If you properly display your talents on a resume, you should have no problem applying for this type of entry level position.
They are asking for someone with technical skills though, and that is important to note. Most of it again is not hard requirements but familiarity with a variety of computer programs.
