Open Interviews for Entry Level Game Testers
Nelson Staffing Solutions is a staffing agency which was founded back in 1970. They current work with many of the major gaming companies to fill positions for testers of all kinds.
They are holding an Open Interview for entry level game testers. You’re options are to either go and apply in person on the date/time specified, or send in your resume ahead of time. I always suggest going in person, just make sure you bring what is required of you:
* Documentation to Prove Eligibility to Work in the U.S.
* Two - Three References from Previous Employers
* Two Copies of your Resume
You will start out making $11.00 per hour, which is a great starting salary. These jobs are only available to people located in the South Bay of CA, which is the San Jose area.
The open interviews will be held on January 9th, 2008 from 10am to 2pm, but again you can call ahead and schedule an appointment as well.
Below are the qualifications:
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Expert game player in various game genres, both online and offline. Familiar with any or all of the following: X-box, Play Station, Game Cube, PC Game, Nintendo, Game Boy, and Sega.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a team-environment.
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, exhibiting innovation, dedication, and concern for details.
* Self-motivated, responsible, hard-working, versatile, and flexible.
* Passionate about technology and video games with original and imaginative suggestions
