Make $35 hour testing games
Everyone looks for the high paying gigs and then when they can’t find them they accuse me and others of lying about how much you can really make testing games.
I wanted to yet again prove there are high paying Game Tester positions out there.
Granted, this isn’t an entry level position, but realistically you’re not going to walk into any job at entry level with no experience and make over $15 an hour. That is a given.
So here are the details on this job:
Job Description:
Game Tester/ QA Specialist
* Three+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance-related role, with at least one year of White-Box testing, Scripting, or Debugging.
* Two+ years experience bug tracking (BugZilla preference).
* One+ years experience scripting and executing functional test cases.
MCP, A+, Net+, or other certifications of equivalent experience.
The requirements are:
* At least one year experience on a development cycle within the Game Industry.
* College degree or equivalent coursework relating to software development.
If you meet these qualifications, then go here to apply.
BUT don’t apply if you don’t meet the requirements. Wasting anyones time like that is sure to just backfire on you.
I’m sure there are many of my members who will meet these requirements. So if you get accepted for an interview, be sure to tell them Lou from Game-Testers sent ya!
