K2 Needs QA Lead
Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Irvine, CA K2 Network publishes online games. They currently operate Knight Online, Global Mu Online, War Rock Sword of the New World, and Red Stone.
They are currently hiring for a QA Lead for online gaming.
Some of the responsibilites include:
* Create detailed bug reports as well as learn/follow console standards.
* Verify all aspects of a game and make sure it is up to K2’s high quality standards.
* Provide leadership to and directly supervise QA teams.
* Assist in managing the project to schedule and budget.
* Mentor and train new testers.

Qualifications include:
* 1- 2 years experience in Quality Assurance PC-based testing
* Prior game industry experience, particularly in QA
* Fluency in Korean, both written and verbal
* Must have passion for video games, especially MMORPGs (Massively Multi-Player Online Role Playing Games)
* Basic-to-intermediate PC knowledge with familiarity with Microsoft programs
* Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem solving abilities.
* Aptitude to learn quickly and ability to remain focused in a team-oriented environment.
* Proven leadership characteristics, including the ability to achieve results through others
* Availability to work long/odd hours and travel as needed
