Great Entry Level Game Tester Job
I have talked about Insomniac Games before and they are back looking for even more QA Testers.
This time the news is even better than in previous positions. The requirements are really simple and the positions WILL be filled quickly due to this fact.
Do you love playing PlayStation games? Want to test the newest games for the PS3? Then this job might just be the one of your dreams.
Major responsibilities include:
* Find and report issues (AKA - bugs and inconsistencies).
* Clarify issues (providing detailed information if necessary).
* Verify the resolution of issues and seeing things through to the end of the testing process.
* Play through the game.
* Thoroughly test a specific feature/executing test case (Targeting Testing).
* Assist in the generation of test cases.
And the qualifications, well those are pretty basic too:
* Previous gaming experience is a plus.
* Have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, and have crazy gaming skills.
* Amazing, freakishly weird attention to detail, great verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work as member of a team.
You must be 18 years or older to apply for this position but it only requires a HS diploma to get started.
