Entry Level QA Tester Position
The majority of my subscribers tend to be looking for entry level testing jobs. Therefore, that is what I tend to post the most of.
This position is a typical entry level QA Testing job. The requirements are very simple:
* Knowledge of and experience playing various types of Video Games
* Ability to document bugs and errors
* Ability to communicate in an effective manner and explain findings
* Ability to work 40+ hours a week
Although there is no clearly listed age restriction, I can just about guarantee you must be 18 or older to apply.
This particular company is a staffing agency. I’ve found that many large game companies hire staffing agencies for two major reasons:
1. They don’t want to deal with the initial application process.
2. They want to keep their name quiet as the response rate will be ridiculously high if a big name is posted on the net.
So you can just about guarantee if you go into a game testing job via a staffing agency, it will be a large company that you will be working for.
This staffing agency is KForce. They are a fairly large staffing agency who has been in business for over 40 years. They operate over 67 offices so you can just about guarantee that if you work with them, you will find a job.
