Fallout 3
Fallout 3 is a first person shooter due for release in October 2008. It is being developed and published by Bethesda. This is the third game in the Fallout series.
The story is set in Vault 101- Jewel of the Wastes. Vault 101 is a residential area in Washington DC now known as Capital Wasteland. After the atomic war in the year 2077, Vault 101 was the only secure area for mankind to inhabit. For many years the residents of Vault 101 were secure and lived happily.
Outside Vault 101 was a wasteland, which was inhabited by Raiders, Giant Insects, Super Mutants, and Slavers. However, these horrible beings could never enter the Vault as the Vault Tec engineering simply defied them.
The Overseer is responsible for keeping a check on the residents of the Vault. The player takes on the role of a human being whose father has left the security of the Vault and wandered off in to the Wasteland for no apparent reason. Therefore, the player has to leave comfort of Vault 101, go in search of his father, and step in to the Wasteland.
Many dangers and challenges await him in the Wasteland and the player is about to discover hidden truths. Every minute the player has to fight against some enemy and explore the expansive wasteland. The characters are unimaginable in this game.
This game has done a great job presenting a post atomic attack on the United States for you. You can see what the United States will look like if it suffered from an atomic bomb. You will get a chance to see how your choices can effect the world.
There are dozens of effects, benefits, and skills for you to choose from when selecting your player. In addition, you can view the game from two different views, the first person, or the third person perspective. Even better, this game allows you to be good or evil. You can act civilized or just shoot everyone you see in the head.
Fallout 3, is one of most highly anticipated games being released next month.
