Dark Ages
One of my subscribers mentioned an online game to check out. So I am getting the word out there for anyone who is interested in online role playing games.

Basically it is set in your standard magical fairy land. You are able to create your own character from head to toe including the name, sex, clothes, hair color, etc. With each type of character you choose to become, you are given special magical abilites which you then use to defeat the various monsters throughout the game.
Some of the best parts of this particular game are how involved you can become with the community of players who have joined the site. There is a theatre, storytelling contests, rituals, ceremonies, and the list goes on. Basically you can escape away into your very own medieval world and meet other gamers who are into this sort of thing.
You can download the game and play it at no charge up until level 21. You don’t need a credit card to register either. All you do is click on the “download” key and get started.
Be sure to check out the “community” section of the site as well. That is where you will get an opportunity to meet the people that you will play with and get feedback on what gamers think of this game.

Well, I have been playing this game for the last few years and i really enjoy the game. Even if your not into the whole RPG thing, Darkages is still pretty fun. People on there are quite helpful and usefull (if you talk to the right people). The game runs for a decently long time, and you can make up to 5 characters so if you get bored with one, you have 4 more. There is so many combinations in the game, Once you have your character reach level 99 you can make him stay his class which could give him a few extra benefits, or switch classes (sub) giving you the ability to keep all your old skills. Its really quite handy, cause even after that there is still things to do. One is Mastering which makes you get more skills, at that point you can buy stats or go onto a AB class. Its a really fun game once you get into it.
