Blur is an upcoming game that is set to take on the gaming world. This fabulous racing game that is set to thrill all men young and old is developed by Bizarre Creations and published by Activision. The unreleased game features racing styles that resemble real life racing with full throttle vehicular combat in sensational arcade style. Set to be released in the early months of 2010, the game is all set to become a racing sensation. This game will be released for XBox 360, PS3 and the PC.
A career mode is followed in this game. As the game-play progresses, various emails are received by the players through the game’s extensive social networks. The game will feature world class cars from BMW to lesser models like Ford Transit Vans. These beauties will be fully equipped with damage modeling and shield bars ensuring the safety of your vehicles. Altered versions of urban environments familiar to you will also be showcased, such as the half pipe river located in the beautiful city of Los Angeles and several areas of London.
You can race against a variety of opponents or even tag along with buddies and take part in a variety of events which will involve unique racing styles, match styles, locales and power set ups. The player will be entitled to receive ‘fan points’ as he/she will perform various stunts on the field. The points will help the player earn more fans and advance during the game.
Another cool feature of this game is the multiplayer option which allows up to 4 friends via the split-screen option. Blur can be played online as well with up to 20 players. Players, once online will encounter the ‘FaceBook of Racing’. The players then will be entitled to create an account and will be able to join fictional servers. The online mode can be altered by changing the number of laps, number of power ups and teams races, as the player sees fit.
