Call of Duty 3 (PS3)

Thursday, January 11th, 2007

So we’re back in the thick of WWII.  Only problem is it just isn’t as much fun as it was with the past two versions.  The single player game lacks basic information.  Whereas the past versions were able to draw you in and make you feel like you were in the center of it all, Call of Duty 3 lacks that “reality” effect.  Don’t get me wrong, it’s not that the graphics are of low quality, it’s simply the fact that in the midst of play, the game does not give you enough information to allow you to feel a true part of the action.  In the past versions, you definately felt as if the war was going on around you at all times.  This version just doesn’t compare.
